These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jezbazz ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services, products, content, and functionality available through jezbazz. By accessing the jezbazz website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using jezbazz and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.

Governing Language

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail. jezbazz is an English-language platform targeting the Bangladesh market; all formal communications between jezbazz and players will be conducted in English.

Amendments

jezbazz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be noted with a revised effective date at the top of this page. Where practical, jezbazz will provide registered players with advance notification of significant amendments via the contact details held on their account.

Access to jezbazz and all of its gambling and betting services is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and that you will remain eligible to use the platform for the duration of your account.

Age Verification

jezbazz reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to, a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. If a player fails to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within a reasonable period of the request, jezbazz may suspend or permanently close the relevant account and withhold any associated funds pending investigation.

Geographic Eligibility

jezbazz is operated for and directed at players based in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that accessing and using online betting and casino services is not prohibited under the laws applicable to your location. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of jezbazz is lawful in your jurisdiction. jezbazz makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction beyond its intended target market.

Single Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on jezbazz at any given time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited regardless of the method used to create them. If duplicate accounts are identified, jezbazz reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the individual and void any outstanding bets or balances on those accounts.

To access betting, casino, slots, fishing games, and other real-money features on jezbazz, you must create a registered account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Information Required at Registration

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older
• Valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh and linked to your preferred mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay)
• A secure password of your choosing, which you must keep confidential
• Confirmation that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jezbazz username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jezbazz will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jezbazz immediately via support@jezbazz. jezbazz may temporarily freeze the account pending investigation upon receiving such a notification.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jezbazz operates with a commitment to player identity verification consistent with responsible and secure platform management. Players may be asked to complete a KYC process at any point — particularly before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. KYC documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or utility bill. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with the jezbazz Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on jezbazz are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jezbazz supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These are the only payment methods currently accepted; no international cards or bank wire transfers are supported at this time.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your jezbazz BDT balance immediately upon confirmed payment from your mobile wallet.
• jezbazz does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from a mobile wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will be processed back to the same mobile wallet used to make the corresponding deposit.
• A minimum balance threshold must be maintained in your jezbazz account before a withdrawal can be initiated.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a processing period. Standard requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• jezbazz reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding standard thresholds.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings may be subject to additional wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotional terms.

Anti-Money Laundering

jezbazz is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. Any deposits that cannot be matched to legitimate gambling activity, or any patterns of unusual financial behaviour on an account, will be investigated. jezbazz reserves the right to freeze funds and report suspicious activity in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

All betting and gaming activity on jezbazz is subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game type or betting market, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for that specific game or market.

Sports Betting

Cricket betting on jezbazz covers markets including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. Odds are subject to change up until bet confirmation.
• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently voided (due to match cancellation, abandonment, or other qualifying events) will be refunded to the player's account at the original stake amount.
• In-play betting markets are subject to delay and temporary suspension during periods of live action. jezbazz is not responsible for bets placed during connectivity interruptions on the player's side.
• jezbazz reserves the right to void bets placed using obviously incorrect or erroneous odds due to technical error or data feed failure.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply to individual bets and will be displayed within the relevant betting market.

Casino & Live Casino Games

Casino games on jezbazz — including slots, live dealer tables, fishing games, and instant-win products — are provided by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) and are not subject to any manipulation by jezbazz or by players.

• Minimum and maximum bet sizes for individual casino games are displayed within each game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, game round results will be determined and settled by the game provider's system based on the state of play at the point of disconnection.
• Malfunction of a game voids all plays and pays in the affected round. In the event of a confirmed game malfunction, affected stakes will be refunded to the player's account.

Bet Settlement

All bets are settled in accordance with the official results as reported by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, or the game provider's system). In the event of a dispute between the result displayed on jezbazz and the official result, the official governing body's result shall be final. Any queries regarding bet settlement must be submitted to support@jezbazz within 72 hours of the relevant result being published.

jezbazz may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the promotional terms take precedence for that offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be used by the player to whom they were awarded and cannot be transferred to another account.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be satisfied in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each individual offer's terms.
• jezbazz reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus and are actively working through its wagering requirements at the time of modification will not be retroactively affected.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash or used as a substitute for real-money deposits.

Seasonal and Event-Based Promotions

jezbazz periodically runs promotions aligned with the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL season offers, ICC tournament specials, Eid bonus periods, and Pohela Boishakh promotions. These promotions are available exclusively to registered players with verified accounts in good standing. Full promotional terms will be published on the jezbazz promotions page at the time each offer goes live.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the bonus system — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, collusion with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially, or placing opposing bets to neutralise wagering risk — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jezbazz reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, and to permanently close the accounts of players found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

By using jezbazz, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms and with applicable law. The following obligations apply to all registered players at all times.

You Must:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information at registration and update it promptly if it changes.
• Use jezbazz solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial or business purpose.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and prevent unauthorised access to your account.
• Comply with all applicable local laws regarding online gambling and betting.
• Inform jezbazz immediately if you believe you may be developing a gambling problem and seek access to the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one account on jezbazz, whether using different personal details, devices, or IP addresses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with jezbazz, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or miscalculated odds — any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using jezbazz for any money laundering purpose.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or insider information use in connection with sports betting markets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jezbazz staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the jezbazz platform.

jezbazz reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or suspected underage gambling. Where possible, jezbazz will provide the affected player with notice of account closure and the reason for it.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their jezbazz account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting support@jezbazz. Upon processing a voluntary closure request, jezbazz will return any remaining real-money balance to the player's registered mobile wallet after deducting any pending bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period through jezbazz customer support. Self-exclusion periods block access to the account for the requested duration. During a self-exclusion period, jezbazz will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account. Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where jezbazz closes an account due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct — the following consequences apply:

• All bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be voided immediately.
• Any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation and will be released or forfeited at jezbazz's discretion based on the outcome of that investigation.
• The player may be permanently barred from registering a new account on jezbazz.
• jezbazz reserves the right to report confirmed fraud or financial crime to the relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jezbazz shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including any loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits. jezbazz's total aggregate liability in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jezbazz does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously or free from technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. jezbazz will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.
